When will my order be shipped after purchase?
Your orders will be prepared within 1-5 business days and delivered to the freight company. The freight company will deliver your order to you within an average of 3-5 business days. You will be informed about the shipping process via your contact details. Therefore, it is very important that you provide your shipping/billing information correctly.
Which freight company will ship my order?
Your orders will be shipped via FedEx Express, UPS, or DHL. You will be notified by SMS or email once the shipment has been made.
What should I do if the shipping package or product is damaged?
If you notice damage to the package when receiving your order, please do not accept the product and request a "damage report" from the courier.
If you notice damage after receiving the package, please contact us.
Do I need to pay any shipping and customs fees?
Yes, customs duties are payable in every country.
RETURN POLICY
- Product Info: All dimensions and features are listed in our product descriptions. Please review them before purchasing.
- Our Responsibility: If there is an error or discrepancy and it originates from us, we take full responsibility and will resolve the issue.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- Standard (non-customized) items: Can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Customized/personalized items: Made to order and not eligible for return.
- Acceptance required: To start a return, the item must be accepted/received first. Refused/uncollected deliveries: If you refuse the parcel or fail to collect it, the package often does not return to us and may be sent to customs for destruction (local procedure). In such cases, no refund is possible.
- Damaged/Wrong item: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, that’s on us — we’ll make it right and cover shipping where applicable.
- Condition & packaging: Items should be unused, in resellable condition, and preferably in original packaging.
